You only pay when a lead passes six checks
No retainer, no setup fee, no contract, no minimum. We create the ads, we run the ads, we pay the ad spend. A lead is only billable when it clears every one of these, straight from the agreement:
1. Homeowner — the consumer affirmed they own the residential property in the intake form.
2. Service match — a residential roofing opportunity. Whether they wrote repair, leak, damage, replacement or "not sure" doesn't change it, because homeowners can't reliably diagnose their own roof. Roof-type and property-type exclusions you set at enrollment are honored.
3. Geography — the property ZIP is on your approved ZIP list at delivery.
4. Contact validity — the phone passed one-time-passcode verification, with name, phone and property address attached.
5. Uniqueness — we haven't sent you that same homeowner in the prior 30 days.
6. Delivery — transmitted to your portal and CRM with a recorded timestamp.
Miss any one of those and you dispute it in the partner portal and it's credited toward your next lead. Bad number, wrong person, wrong ZIP, wrong service, duplicate, fake identity — credit. What's not a credit: they didn't pick up, went with someone else, were price shopping, or you called them two days late. Your sales team owns that.
Who this is for
Roofing companies doing $2.5M or more a year, with someone who can pick up the phone within five minutes. Partners who call inside five minutes book roughly 30 to 40 percent of leads into appointments. The ones who call the next morning don't see those numbers. If you've got the revenue but nobody who can dial, this isn't the right fit — our done-for-you Roofing Appointments service books the appointments for you.
