RoofIgnite began as a passion project started by two high-schoolers with a dream: help contractors achieve the growth they deserve.

From day one, our mission has been clear — make roofing companies more profitable, predictable, and scalable. We’ve learned from leaders like Mandy Rennehan, the Blue Collar CEO™, and Jeremy Haynes, and invested in top-tier business programs to sharpen our craft. Today, we’re a dedicated marketing and sales team obsessed with getting results for roofers — every client win is a team win.

From Side Hustle to Industry Leader

RoofIgnite™ began when Mani and Oscar, then just 15 years old, set out to help their families by using their skills to support local contractors. What started as a small side project quickly grew into a mission: empower deserving contractors to scale beyond what they thought possible — creating ripple effects that benefit more families and communities along the way.

Today, that same drive fuels our entire team. Every campaign, every lead, and every appointment we generate is part of a bigger goal: to help roofing companies break growth ceilings and achieve lasting success.

Hi my name is Oscar and I'm from Toronto, Canada. My partner Mani and I founded RoofIgnite after meeting each other at our workplace teaching swimming to youth groups. What started as a side-hustle to support our families and gain experience turned into a life changing opportunity for every person that interacts with RoofIgnite. When I’m not working, I enjoy combat sports and reading.

Hey! My name is Mani Asadi and I am the co-founder of Roofignite along with my partner Oscar. I started this company initially to financially support my family, and once I did, I fell in love with the game of business and making people’s lives better every single day. Most businesses at scale, forget about their customers, my goal with this company is to be different in that sense and help everyone who truly deserves it. Oh and more about me, I love sales & hitting a nice workout after a long day.
